  Each engagement produces a defined written deliverable. The scope, timeline, and output are fixed at the outset. Changes to scope during an engagement are only effective if agreed in writing.

  Our work is advisory. We do not make decisions on behalf of clients, and the conclusions in any report represent our assessment based on the information available to us at the time. Clients retain full responsibility for decisions made on the basis of our work.

• 2.4

  We reserve the right to decline an engagement enquiry if we consider the scope to fall outside our areas of practice, or where there is a conflict of interest.

3. Contact Forms and Communications

• 3.1

  When you submit the contact form, you are initiating a communication with Unity Lab Blend. This does not create a contractual relationship. A contract is only formed when a written engagement brief is agreed by both parties.

• 3.2

  You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide through the contact form is accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in us being unable to respond usefully.

• 3.3

  We aim to respond to all contact form submissions within two working days. Response times may vary during public holidays or periods of high enquiry volume.

4. Service Availability and Modifications
